Love the water aerobics classes! Also work out on the circuit and like how it is personalized to my ability and works all the core muscles in a shorter workout. The other workout equipment is top notch too.

I have been a Y member since 1972 and try to do one hour of cardio / weight exercise per week. The setup of the Rite Hite cardio / weight area is perfect for me. I don't follow a rigid routine, I go to whatever equipment is available at the time. It gives my workouts variety which helps immensely. The spacing of the equipment is very good as well. No one wants to workout too close to others.
I love this Y and the instructors, who are kind, talented and inclusive (Frances S. and Kim W. are who I take from most often. The desk folks are always super friendly. The Y is super important to me, and I'm grateful!

I swim for the Schroeder Masters Team. But have been to many gyms. This gym is really good. Others have come and gone, but the Y will always be there

I love the water aerobics. Nikki is fabulous!! I was sad that I had to stop my AOD classes - arthritis in my knees.
