I'm happy with the overall service, but things little things are starting to happen that concern me. The first is with their errors in scheduling the cleanings. We originally scheduled the cleanings for the third Wednesday of the month. This was the regular schedule for several months.

Then one month they did not come on the third Wednesday. When I called, they said we are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday, as if it had been that all along. They had changed the timing without notice. Ok. Whatever. I'm not going to argue over something so trivial. So, the fourth Wednesday it is.

Then, in October, they did not come on the fourth Wednesday. Again, I was surprised. I was too busy to call this time to find out why they had not come. They ended up coming on the fifth Wednesday. Turns out that October had five Wednesdays. Apparently, we are scheduled for the *last* Wednesday of every month. Ok. They didn't tell me about that change either.

So, scheduling has been a problem.

The other issues are with finding things unplugged when I get home after cleanings and items that have been moved to clean a surface, but then never replaced to their original spots.

These are not deal-breakers. To me, they are minor issues. I'm happy with the service, they do a good job, and the people are great. There are just some little things that have been happening that are irritating.

That said, I would still recommend the service.
