I like the scent of the cleaner used on my wood floors. And the owner is so accommodating. The cleaning teams are so well trained.

The cleanings are fast and efficient. Every crew is always nice and we are always pleased with how everything looks when complete.

Although there appears to be high employee turnover Dawn covers this issue with making sure new employees are trained and always are on time.

The cleaners arrived on time. They were both so pleasant and immediately got to work. They did a great job and they were so gracious to allow my dog (he's an old man!) to stay in the house. They both said that they loved animals and that he was no bother at all. The nice, little touches of the stickers on the paper towel and toilet paper were adorable and made it feel like a hotel.

The cottage looked so great and we left knowing that it was in beautiful shape for the next visitors who were staying.

We will definitely use Merry Maids again next year to clean our cottage.
