The people who came were very pleasant and spoke English. This made it much easier for me to explain what I wanted done. In addition they did an excellent job of cleaning my house.

The Merry Maids were super friendly, and efficient. They got right down to work without any questions asked. I basically got out of their way, and let them know that if they have any questions to feel free to ask me. My house was sparkling by the time they were done working their magic! I was so happy! They were thorough and I look forward to working with them in the future for routine cleanings and before holidays/parties/etc.

I like the fact that the arrival is always within less than the allotted time. Rarely, do we wait longer than 20 minutes for arrival. I also like that cleaners are open to my suggestions. They are so pleasant. I often enjoy talking with them. Cleaning is good and efficient.
