i do not have a problem with the products used in our home. i miss the smell of furniture being polished or fragrance to the product used to wash the kitchen/bathroom floors but understand why these products are not used due to allergies, etc..

I love the regular cleaning professional who has been coming to our house for years, now--Hanan. She knows just how I like everything done and she is flexible (like if I want her to start in a different room because I have a sick kid sleeping, something like that) and always pleasant to have around and works so hard and gets the place really clean! I'd trust her with anything--she is so reliable and honest and careful. Jenny has not been coming quite as long so I don't know her as well but she has always done a wonderful job, too. I am so happy with the team.
Next time I would like that the top of refrigerator be cleaned.

Quality of cleaning and reliability of service
The women who clean are always on time and very respectful. I cannot think of anything that we're not happy with. It's always nice to come home to a clean home after they've been here.

I like that the team is in and out in 3 hrs. I would prefer using Lysol or pine sol though for bathrooms and kitchen floors and sinks
