you use good,safe products, not always the best. Sometimes you move things , with no thought in mind ,as to how or why the customer has things in a certain way, eg. turning a rug 90 `. the worker's are always pleasant and helpful.
The power bar had difficulty picking up bits of wool on the bedroom carpet.....this last time only. Maybe a different vacuum cleaner?

I am a customer who requires cleaning services once a quarter. The Merry Maids staff are excellent and they clean every inch of my home and leave it smelling like cinnamon. They provide extra cleaning services as my house is a 4 level townhouse and has some challenges. They clean the glass and stainless steel rails of my staircase and the floors are immaculate.
I will continue to use Merry Maids as I think they provides excellent services for their rates.

Sam always does an amazing job and the entire team are always super friendly and professional.
There were a few areas missed but due to extensive job and first time feel confident things will improve. Also if they could be a little more prompt although management handled this issue. overall I was very pleased. even my husband said what a great job they did on the shower glass!
