Things are fine, but I'm not really that engaged in the service. I'm not as connected to the 'team' that comes to my home anymore (I used to work from home and would see the ladies coming in)... so at this point, the most meaningful interaction is when I get a reminder email the day before that helps remind me to tidy up (which I find very valuable!).

The ladies are very professional and respectful. They add a personal touch to your home. And best of all everything is dust free and shiny when they finish.
The quality of the clean is excellent. There does seem to be an issue with the product that is being used for the floor (or maybe the mop?) as it leaves a residue when it dries.
