The rental process was very easy and the staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. They went above and beyond with taking a picture before we took off. We had an amazing time on the trail and plan to rent numerous bikes in September 2020 when we travel back to Orange Beach with our children and grandchildren. Be prepared! Oh and most importantly - the bikes are amazing. Very comfortable and very easy to use. I would really like to have one of my own! Thank you for a great experience. We were completely satisfied with everything!!!! Thanks for a great vacation memory!
