The bikes we rented were in very good condition. The sales rep was very helpful. He got our bikes set up and provided a map of the park. He went over the trails and pointed out the things that we may see. Overall it wonderful experience.

Great quality bikes at a reasonable price. Tires are wide for good traction, big baskets are very practical, the handle bars are upright and prevent back fatigue and seat is high quality for hours of comfortable riding. I recently rented bikes in Destin for the same price that were not nearly this nice.

Service with Beach Bike Rentals was excellent. Delivery, instruction, etc. was friendly and complete. We rented 4 bikes and on our first outing one of our party encountered a flat tire due to running over a piece of bone in the paved bike trail. When we caked them to request service, they immediately showed up with a replacement. Great people, great bikes, great service.

It was so convenient renting bikes from here. We appreciate how efficiently our bikes were fitted to us. The employees were very helpful with getting our bikes ready as well giving us directions on the bike route. We rented from here 3 years ago and wouldn’t think to rent anywhere else. Their location was also very convenient to the place we were staying.

The bikes were great. Our 4 teens loved having the freedom of exploring Gulf Shores by bike. We loved that the bikes were delivered and picked up for us. Such service! And the helmets, baskets, and locks were in great condition as well. We felt that the price was very reasonable for the weekly rental. Some of our best memories from this trip were bike trips to a local coffee shop many mornings. Thanks for the memories!
