Staff there, especially Davey and Tom, have been nothing but kind, helpful and supportive. When I bought my electronic bike from Trek, after going to many other shops, I realized it wasn’t about price (well it kinda was, but I didn’t go with the cheapest option), it was more about who is going to maintain my bike, care about my cycling needs and be patient with someone who wasn’t a racer. And that was Trek. And both the Catherine Street store and the Harbour Rd one. P.S. I am IN LOVE with my e-bike. Best. Purchase.ever.
