The best ebike for me. I chose TREK Verve 2 Lowstep after trying many bikes in several stores in Victoria. Staff give you their undivided attention, extra tips, and discounts on accessories. I like the fact that I can watch the work being done on my bike right in the store, ask questions, watch them use diagnostic tools etc. as opposed to hidden away in a basement or work area. I also appreciated that staff didn’t try to up-sell me but gave honest opinions on quality of product and pricing. I also LOVE the location.
