I love the group fitness classes at the Bardmoor YMCA. Bardmoor has excellent instructors such as Davida Noble, who teaches an amazing Boot Camp workout, GRIT Body Pump, and RPM. Davida always encourages the members to go above & beyond when working out with her. Her husband, Adam, is also an excellent RPM instructor.
Paula Burns is an outstanding Zumba instructor who transformed her classes into a fun dance party that feels like family. She's always encouraging her members to have fun while getting a great workout to great music.
George Mora, John Garcia, Mohammed B, and others are also wonderful instructors.
The entire staff at Bardmoor YMCA is always helpful. I love this YMCA!
The wellness area is great.
Jaxson loves the fun zone and I know he will be safe there. Also Ally is a great trainer.
The friendly atmosphere, employees are always ready to help you and it is great for Seniors.
I also love the early morning hours.
The kid zone is somewhere my kids beg to go. Ms. Judy and Ms. Destiny are great!!!

We love kid zone. There are always kids my daughters age. We feel safe and secure at the Y. The dance and swim programs have been truly instrumental in her development. Can not recommend the Y enough for families.

Although I don't partake in any, I like the variety and frequency of programs and activities available.
