Everything!! I am a single dad with 2 at home. The swimming lessons have truly been a blessing. The facility and staff are awesome. Luke was a great instructor. Thank you all so very much.

I enjoy the variety of fitness classes throughout the week- they allow me to mix it up and try new things. And my kids really enjoy the kids club.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There is something for everyone. I am a senior citizen and enjoy my membership through Silver Sneakers. I enjoy the water exercise classes. Being with other people that I have a lot in common with is very satisfying.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I’m only there for one machine which I use three 1 hour visits a week the sit down elliptical. I love that machine. We need more than just two though.

Ann, our boys swim teacher is phenomenal! They went from kicking and screaming the first day to less than 2 months later confident and loving the water!

I love that you have the adaptive program and at a great price even for non members. Its cheaper per 6 week session than for one adaptive class elsewhere
