we love coach Ann for our preschooler. She is great.

Wish the indoor pool was a few degrees warmer. Hate seeing the little kids so hold. I personally thought it was cold & dread having to get in.

Love the Zumba classes , yoga, strong Zumba and Defense classes! All of the instructors are friendly and very helpful, especially if I need to do a few modifications. Sounds silly, but I’ve been going to your YMCA for almost a year and it makes my day!

I love the pools and programs
I attend spinning, deep water workout and have attended step classes. I plan to pursue swimming lessons and eventually other classes.

I enjoy the equipment and all the different group exercise programs. I especially like Zumba. And, of course, I love all the warm and friendly people.

I love the equipment in the cardio room. Showers are great, and most of all I love that the Bible is available and I use it everyday at the end of my workout for spiritual development!

We just joined. We have not yet added any classes. Cant say I like exercise but the Y provides a comfortable place to maintain our health through exercise and the equipment needed to do that.

I like the aquasize. I don't care for machines much and have s bike and treadmill but it is much easier for me to do aquasize and the group is very friendly. Sue is wonderful.
