You have a variety of programs for adults. The instructors are organized and high energy. The building is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming.

I like the easy and user friendly ability to sign up utilizing the YMCA App. Also the ability to quickly cancel if needed.

I am somewhat new and have not joined your group activities. I enjoy Gamble Nippert outdoor pool in the Summer and the inside pool, The hot tub helped to heal an injury and the treadmill was a blessing when it was too late to walk in the park, I look forward to joining some of the programs,

Fun. Lead by great people

My daughters had played about 5 minutes of basketball prior to the basketball evenings. By the second day they'd both made baskets and were much more confident. I really appreciated how patient the coaches were.

The coaches take time with the children and actually show them the sports. They learn teamwork , listening skills, and how to follow directions.

There are a variety of classes and programs that one can take. In addition, I like the indoor pool as well as the fitness room.

I love the YMCA one of the best things is they are a Christian organization. When I had a lot of back pain due to a car wreck. The YMCA They helped me with the Low-income Membership until I could become a member, I love the indoor-outdoor pools The Gym is clean staff is great and Cindy is truly amazing, I said all that to say Thank you for all you do! I am forever grateful

Great staff and classes, instructors are top notch!

I love the water aerobics. I use the weight machines but find they are outdated. I only wish that I could attend the YMCA un Checiot but it really is too far. Their equipment is much better

Clean and friendly

I love the thoughtfulness, kindness and help your staff offer. I love swimming and the life guards often go out of there way do help me. I use a walker because I have spine problems a life gard came down from his high seat to open the door for me it is hard to push walker and hold door open. Smiles and friendliness are a blessing to me after moving in the area and not knowing anyone and leaving friends. Thanks to your staff I feel at home.

The director is great and the new aquatics director is doing well, I think there is an issue with the maintenance staff though. The building is older and items are in disrepair please see the following:
1-the hadicap ramp railing has been broke and laying on it’s side for months.
2-a shower in the men’s room has been broke and missing pieces for several months
3-during the summer the outside pool was lacking the safe amounts of chlorine in fact it was closed Fathers Day and several other days that necessated the swim team to use the inside pool. This caused more than 6 people in a lap lane, this left the patrons with not a pleasant swim experience. This issue was due to lack oF proper follow through from the maintenance staff.
4.the sauna has also been unusable for months, while waiting for an inspection from the city which is now causing a delay, the issue was not corrected timely at all.

I have become more tolerant due the inefficiency seen at this ymca, however I think you need t-o be aware as to the substandard maintence issues that are currently occurring, especially the handicap ramp railing.

Love the dance class I attend twice a week.

The Silver Sneakers program is the best. Instructors show you different levels of participation to fit your health/fitness needs. Classmates are so friendly which makes it a class to look forward to. Thank you all!

Group classes

The classes for kids and adults are great. The staff are friendly and warm, and it really has a great sense of community.

Activities are fun and I meet lots of great people.
