I love the dance fitness class. The instructor is great. You can go at your own pace. Class members are very friendly. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Very nice atmosphere.

Lea and the staff are very helpful and friendly. All the exercise machines are well maintained and clean. Everyone shares the courts and things are well organized. Glad I signed up with silver sneakers program made some new friends. Thanks!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So far I like what is offer and to know there is no extra charge for activities. I truly think deeper cleaning need to take place in the steam room and the sauna need to be fix, because these are the features on why I chose to join.
