Meeting new people and group exercises

The gym has lots of equipment, none broken. Lots of programs for children and aduts, free program for families. YMCA is all about families in the community.

The entire staff is wonderful. I love my dance fitness class, my Silver Sneaker classic class and my chair yoga. There is sweet community at my Y and thankful for some facility work being done.

I like and use the fitness room and the pools.

Zmara is a great teacher!
Her classes are exceptional
The Wed class is getting too crowded.
So that class should be repeated weekly, perhaps in place of 1 of the dance classes.

Everyone is great but would like to see more classes!!

That they're helping g to keep me fit, and I don't have far to travel to get to this Y.

Friendly staff. Not too crowded swimming lanes 8:00 - 9:00. Good place to make new friends.

The ability to socialize with others in an atmosphere that doesn't involved alcohol.

I like the workout room. That is the only activity I do at the "Y".

Dance exercise is fun and helps also brain and getting your body moving. She is awesome.

I like the Gym and the pool and most recently i have discovered the whirlpool to help with aching muscles, the hip and knee. It also helps me relax to battle depression.
