Like the machines
I love the equipment in the gym. I wish there was more space to use the weights. Maybe bring the preloaded barbells out into the area by the treadmills and rowing machines? It is sometimes hard to use the free weights without being in the way of others. Otherwise I love everything about the U and am happy to be back!

I like the frequency of cycle classes, I can usually catch the 5:30 class on days when I have it scheduled. I do wish the boot camps were more accessible. 6:30 on weekdays is just too late for me (get home so late).

I like the number instructor-led class options. I would love to see a hip-hop cardio class. Larger markets such Atlanta and Chicago offers this class.

pool nice, individual shower great, nice workout area. upper level track, waste of space.
Yoga at 6am is perfect. The 50 minute length allows me time to enjoy the dry sauna and steam room afterward. Also, the towel service is greatly appreciated. I’ve only been going to the central parkway location for three weeks. My only complaint so far is that the steam room has never been hot enough.

I like the group classes and the large rooms like the boxing room for conditioning.

We go to the Silver Sneakers class M-W-F and love John, the instructor however a lot of the time there isn’t enough equipment.
The swimming pool is always clean and available . The locker room is well stocked and very nice . The equipment is up to date and classes are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable .
I love the variety of classses that are offered and they are at convenient times.
