I like that it is open early enough that I can come before work. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable being there. The population is diverse and easy to get along with.

Loved the facility. Took a yoga class with Sara and it was fantastic.
I liked the layout and attractive setting of the workout area. It was pleasant! I also liked the walking track above the gym. I didn’t participate in any programs, but will almost certainly be back for a yoga class. The only drawback is parking, but I can deal with that occasionally.
I dont know of any programs. But I love the service everytime I come inside or when I leave. The employees seem to have a fun time and that makes me happy.
The pool is fantastic. Can get a little busy on monday mornings.Maybe consider removing the steps in the lane in the far side to open up another full lane.

Great customer service, very nice facilities. Didn’t see few machines that I like tho, like a hack squat machine. But I was able to make it work. It was great overall
Really Nice facilities, love the steam room.
The Central Y is great. I do have 2 observations. Music in the pool area is disturbing because of the acoustics. It just doesn't sound right. Also, when there is no life guard, it would be great to let people know with a sign at the front desk.

Locker rooms are great... best of any Y I have been to. In general, the facilities are really nice for a Y.

Saline pool! Sauna! Indoor Track! Clean, clean, clean spaces, room to stretch. Wonderful staff.
Request--provide guidelines for parking--days/times when meters are enforced, parking suggestions, etc.
The range of classes before and after work, the clean workout areas, the quantity and quality of machines, and the important work the Y does in the community.

Great staff, welcoming enviornment and lots of variety.
Classes are great. I enjoy the early morning offerings. I typically attend Run/Row/Lift; Boot Camp; and Yoga. I have also attended Zumba and Barre. All were good.
