I have not participated yet. I just moved to Cincinnati.
I am interested in swimming for exercise and will be
attending in the not too distant future.

I love group fitness classes. People from all walks of life come together to improve health and fitness . The atmosphere encourages me to work harder.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a swimmer and appreciate the pool set up for serious people dedicated to swimming. Water aerobics etc.are ok but at other Y's, take up too much space and time. Also, the life guards are very professional and are there for everything I need.

The staff is awesome!! Helpful, courteous, nice, funny, and just pleasant to be around. I like all that there is to offer. I wish the steam room and sauna were open.

Maybe a hot tub in one of the raquetball courts!?!
