I like the size of the fitness area and the fact it has both a sauna and a steam room. It is very clean and has towels.
I use the pool almost daily during the work week. I like the online reservation system that allows for managing pool time. I feel safe using the pool and locker/shower facilities under this present system.

I love Janice’s Silver Sneakers and Chair Yoga! It’s also a place to connect with others and make new friends.

I’ve just returned after the COVID hiatus so I’m still learning!
I don’t participate in any programs or activities. However I love THE STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA!! I love The pool and the fact that it’s not overcrowded. Plus I appreciate the lack of children.
That they are included in the membership. (Ihaven’t taken a class yet, shh)

Friendly instructors who really push you to work hard and get the most out of your time there.
Convenient location for swimming (if one of three lanes are available). I am not a fan of machines, but they have a lot of people who seem to enjoy them. The lounge is pretty noisy but provides a good place to catch up on email etc. when you are in the city and away from home. If coffee is available, it is o.k. I am glad that this historic building was saved and is being used for living space for needy people.
Haven’t tried the programs. The facility is nice, very friendly staff, relatively clean compared to other gyms. Overall the patrons are also respectful.

Only use the exercise equipment. Would attend Silver Sneakers and/or yoga if met needs better.
Love the fitness classes.
Lap swimming is available all hours that the Y is open. You have a great selection of Cybex.

I like getting a good workouts
I was only able to be there for a short time, but I was really impressed with your equipment and staff. I only saw one fitness ball, but there may have been more. I would come more often if I didn't have to pay for parking.

You're open & I feel comfortable coming back to the gym after getting vaccinated!! I like the numerous group classes especially Zumba & yoga.
Staff are very friendly .And makes you feel comfortable.
