I went to three bike shops looking for a new bike. This Trek shop was the ONLY one that greeted me with what they CAN do, while the others told me only what they can't do. Covid is taxing the bike shops and availability. These guys were professional about the situation. I ordered the bike and it came in in a resonable amount of time. Friendly patient sales person. Let us ride any bike in the store that we wanted to try so we knew what would work best fit us. No pressure. Nice experience... bought two bikes. Only suggestion is for all staff to always wear masks during COVID pandemic. Although the salesman put on a mask when we entered, he and the two other workers in the back of the store were not wearing masks when we entered the store and only the salesman put on a mask to come out to the front of the store to help us. Masks were removed when we left. Just not the most comfortable situation for those of us who believe in the science, not the politics of this terrible pandemic.

Trek shop of Bradenton is professional, staff were polite and the work completed transformed my 2005 trek in a new bike.
I had a tune-up done, and it was great. They originally told me 4 weeks till I get the bike back, but it was done in 1 week. I would recommend.
It was easy to drop the bike off and get the tire fixed. It only took one day and the price was very reasonable thank you

bikes are important to me since i've been a cyclist commuter '70's till now. Hopfully they will start to recieve some of the back orders on parts they have been looking for, I'll be back.
The bike is an improvement from my last "non-Trek" bike. The service was friendly and very good, from the order to the putting the bike together and ready for the road.
