My bike is a Trek brand and finding a Trek-brand store convenient to Parrish was a plus. Most importantly though they are a well-run operation, courteous, communicate well, were honest about the time needed to do the work, and the work was professionally done.

The products Dean carriers are the best in the industry high quality at a reasonable price. Service is impeccable always turns the bikes around quickly as soon as he has all the parts in the shop.
The only problem has been the parts coming from the manufacturer since they are always delayed, at no fault of Dean and his team. A++

Bought 2 bikes and felt we were well served. Only reason I could not give a 10 rating is the kick stand that was installed on my Verve 2 has 1 screw that is cross threaded in the hole and is not completely installed. Will have to fix.
