I own 2 bicycles I purchased from your store which have ridden good for almost 2 years now.Just recently I purchased a pair of clips to use as cup holders that did not fit on my handle bars and your store handled my refund efficiently and professionally.As long as you stay in business i'll be a customer of yours.
Really appreciate the prompt and friendly service provided on a regular maintenance performed on my bike. Although the bike is not a brand that Dean regularly sees, he accepted my input and followed thru with timely and professional service. I took the bike out this morning and it runs great. Nice to have such a good bike shop in the neighborhood.
