Trek offered everything I was looking for in a gravel bike. I also liked the fact that parts easy to get should I need them. The service I received at Trek Kingston was exceptional. I dealt with both Leanne and Beth. Both gals were knowledgable and listened to my needs and wants. They took their time to set me up on the trainer to ensure the components were tweaked to fit my physique and riding style. All in all a very positive experience... thumbs up!

The experience in your store was great from beginning to end. You were great to my child and got her situated in your play room. Quickly took my bike in for service , helped me purchase a new bike and accessories. Your store eve gave my daughter a free bell for her bike. It was a quick and painless experience and I will be shopping there in the future. The only reason I haven’t selected a 10 for the scoring is that the rep that helped me purchase a new bike didn’t provide me much decision making information about why I might be interested in one trim model over another . Why might I not want the marlin 6 and potentially want a higher number trim. What do they provide that my current selection doesn’t and how might that be a benefit or determent. Thanks for all your help , love the new location.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Personal level of attention, took the time to explain the pros and cons of each bike that I was looking at (Mike, Leanne and Ash), personal bike fitting and explanation of how to maintain my new bike with disk brakes (Beth). All staff were willing to help and ultimately I found the bike that best fit my needs. Great job on the part of all staff and setting my new bicycle up for winter inside training. Look forward to future dealings with the bike shop!
