Dave was my salesperson. I came in with little to no knowledge about recumbent etrikes. I just knew I wanted one. Dave worked with me in person and over the phone until I found one that suited me. Dave ordered the trike and called me when it was ready for pickup. This all my sound benign to some. Trust me it took a lot of patience, kindness, knowledge and professionalism to work with me.
