I went to shop for a product that I had already decided was likely to be more than what I was willing to spend. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable sales person who quickly not only showed me a version of the product I wanted at a price I was willing to pay but also introduced me to a very useful additional feature on this product that I didn’t even know existed.
I'm visiting family in Mansfield and decided it would be nice to cycle the B&O Trail. The Y-Not Cycling & Fitness bike rentals are affordable and convenient. The rental process was quick and easy. I plan to return as often as possible while I'm in Mansfield.

The products were perfect for what I needed. The service was excellent. I needed quite a few different parts for different bikes and the salesman walked me through every part of the store where I was needed and showed me all I needed and what was recommended.

There was miscommunication on my visit.
I was told I would be called when repairs complete. Two weeks later I called and was told my repairers were scheduled for completion two weeks later. The next day I received auto communication my repairs were completed and please pick up bike ASAP. Confusing
