He was friendly and stuck to the task of putting new tubes in my tires and then testing different operations of my bike, oiling it as needed. He's just such a pro! A knowledgeable and friendly member of the Trek staff helped me to find just the right type and size of bicycle helmet for my needs. The price was reasonable and my shopping experience was quick, easy, and fun.
