Harry spent hours with me and my strange strange feet getting things to where I could be back on the slopes and pain free. I have been skiing 26 years and never been comfortable in a boot. I've had boots molded and stretched before, but never had a true fitting done. I can only say I wish I had done it all those years ago.
I was only able to use the new boots for a day, but the difference is quite noticeable. It will have to wait to next season for full results.
Harry, Abigail and the rest of the staff were all friendly, pleasant and knowledgable. I am looking forward to next season already!

I wouldn't buy boots anywhere else!!! MJ was awesome!!! He took the time to fit me in the right boot (after discovering that my current boot was a full size too big). I came back twice during our trip to make adjustments at the end/beginning of the day. MJ was patient and explained what he was adjusting to me, and why. He also did a great job listening to what I was experiencing. Everyone who came in said the same thing, including two of our instructors on the mountain who both recommended Kare. It's so cheesy but they really do care about you and your complete boot/ski experience.

I brought my bike in to get a disc brake bled. The mechanic was AWESOME! Did the work super fast, was super friendly, and actually taught me a couple things about my bike that I didn't know. I've noticed over the past few years that the service at SBK had good from okay to good, but this was A+, great, over the top! Thank you!
