Your ski techs did not try to sell me a boot, though I was ready to purchase one. They (Jared) did not have a boot he felt would satisfy me and did not pressure me into an ill fitting boot. Ultimately, he was able to order a boot for me, and Bryan did a marvelous job fitting me.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and offer thoughtful advice and guidance after actively listening to my feedback. As a fairly green skier, they made me feel right at ease. Never felt dumb asking basic questions and they were patient in explaining why they were recommending the skis and boots they did. The demo process was great, super helpful to ski before purchase. Great experience all around. Will definitely recommend my friends go here first.

Very high level of service from both Foster and Amanda.
Went in to have my ski brakes changed for something narrower, get my other skis waxed and my boot punched out. In less than an hour, all three jobs were completed.
Went to two other shops before to get the brake and boot done, but they couldn't do it. SK&BK will be my first stop next time.
Jared, Michael, John, Willie, and Shawn (I think) have been incredibly helpful in the last week in helping me adjust to new boots. In my family's many purchases of boots from SABK, I was overwhelmed this time, in particular, with the guarantee of customer satisfaction.
