Besides friendly service, they took special care to go over my purchase of a used bicycle. I was able to try it out and have any questions I may have had answered. A final check of the function to make sure everything (brakes, gears, etc) was working properly made for a very satisfied customer!

This was the first time I've gone to Trek for bike service. My brand new e-bike (purchased elsewhere) developed a puncture (rusty nail, construction zone) and we went to Trek since they work on bikes that weren't bought in their store. The technician on duty, Chris, could not have been more impressive. He was friendly, communicative, kind, made helpful suggestions to expedite the repair, etc. The repair was completed quickly and at a terrific price. He even gave me back my old inner tube, included a patch kit, and saved the rusty nail so I could see what punctured my tire. I'm truly impressed with Trek, especially Chris, and have been spreading the good word to all my biking-enthusiast friends. Terrific job guys!
