You have a nice assortment of bicycles and accessaries. I was a little shocked at the price of the Truck Fork Mounted bike Carrier when I bought them, but when I pulled them out was very pleased with the quality.
I also like your location, as it is one of the best bike shops closest to where I live.

Both Patrick and Mike who assisted us purchase our electric bikes were knowledgeable and friendly. Neither was pushy or defensive about comparing to other e-bikes or dealers. They let us test drive the bikes and see for ourselves how they run. We ended up purchasing two e-bikes from them and are happy with our purchases.

this is the best bike shop in northern California! So lucky to live right around the corner from their location off Folsom-Auburn road. Their employees are both knowledgeable and engaged in meeting their client's specific needs. Lots of great bikes in inventory to select from, excellent gear to go with your new bike, and an enjoyable shopping experience!

Staff is always very helpful and explains everything so I can understand. I never feel they are trying to upsale anything. I explain what I'm looking for and they provide me the equipment and explain which is best for my sons' bike use. Repairs were quick. I appreciate their great attitudes and willingness to help novices understand, not all bike shops have been that helpful.

Speed and great service. I came from out of town because the bike shop in our town said it wanted to take a week to change two innertubes. And they didn't inform me about the dreadful shape my tires were in. I was impressed that Folsom Bike had my entire bike serviced and repaired within a day. I would prefer that you not share this with the public please.
