I brought my Emonda SLR in after one full year and 7,000 miles. I had pretty much worn the break pads to nothing and attempted my own replacement. I was not successful! :-) So, I brought my bike to you and had the Elite service performed. While a little expensive, it was absolutely worth it! My bike rides beautifully - smooth, quiet and fast. Your staff confirmed that the brakes needed "bleeding" in order to get the calipers back into their proper position. When I picked up the bike - the next day! - it was as clean as on the very first day I owned it. That's something to which I did not pay enough attention... Anyway, thank you for the outstanding service. (Please keep my feedback anonymous.)
We got a new bike for our daughter for Christmas (she hasn’t gotten it yet!). It showed on the trek website as being in stock, so I hurried over to get it before it sold out again. You guys were amazing!! I am super paranoid about germs, and you guys had me in and out in no more than 5 minutes, feeling appreciated and well cared for. My parents just picked up the bike last night and they said you guys were also amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us. This was out first bike purchase here, but all of our bikes will come from you guys after this. Thank you for helping us to make Christmas super special for our daughter. You guys are the best!

Because I called on different days concerning a product, I dealt with 3 different persons at the EDH shop, but each was very prompt in reviewing the product and it's availability and one individual even investigated if it might be at other locations. The product was for my son-in-law, who lives in the Bay Area and I have told him to visit the shop when he comes to visit.
