All employees were very helpful and insightful. They did not try to oversell the repairs and my bike looks ready for use.
My first couple of visits to Eddy's were disappointing as I was told they will only work on ebikes that they sell. Recently I wanted to replace my brake pads and had a hard time finding what I needed. Even Amazon didn't have what I needed. As a last resort I called Eddy's and to my surprise they had what I needed at a very reasonable cost. The gentleman at the service desk made it clear that my satisfaction was his goal.

Eddie's Bike Shop in Willoughby is one of a kind! The service there is beyond excellent. Every staff member knows bikes inside and out and can also help you select gear that will make your ride longer, more comfortable and more enjoyable. Staff also go to great lengths to make their customers happy. They will spend as much time with you as needed and never make you feel as if you're taking up too much of their time, regardless how busy they are. I have also used their Service Packages and my bike came out looking brand new. I've never had any other experience compared to what is provided here!
