OMG, I received a great experience at the Willoughby store and from Evan Seabeck - sales lead!!! Evan asked the right questions and guided me to several options in making a purchase. There is no pressure and his full experiences as a bike rider were much appreciated. I feel the purchased bike was a good choice for me. I'm 70 years young. The 12 month financing was perfect. All questions were answered with facts and choices. Evan offered genuine help, listening to me the whole time I was there. Just doesn't get any better. At one point the store became busy and Evan as pulled away. Another staff member always came by to answer more questions making me feel I am now an Eddys bike shop family member!

Brought my 90 yr old mother’s walker in because the breaks weren’t working right. The young man, Jake, knelt down, worked very hard and fixed them right away. He could have put the job on a wait list. That would have been hard on my mother.
