Dan's cycles have always taken good care of me and kept my bikes running well and in good repair. I have purchased the last two bikes I've owned at Dan's (trek bikes) which has entitled me to free tune up services and benefits which over time is a real bonus.
I am sorry that the North Stamford shop which had been there for many years had to close, as it was conveniently near me (New Canaan) but the Darien shop is just a few miles further away, and took care of me this time around. I love biking and am happy to have top notch professional services near at hand.

Professional and friendly
First, everyone in the store was friendly and patient. They listened to my desires and selected bikes in different price ranges for me to try. They were knowledgeable about the bikes and didn’t pressure me to buy any add ons (although I did). I didn’t buy the bike the first day at the shop but when I came back they were just as friendly! I would trust them to take care of my bike. I was skeptical about going to a franchise because they tend to lack human connection but I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case at Danny (Scarsdale). Thank you all once again for your help!
