We purchased 2 kids bikes. One was available but the other needed to be ordered. They kept us up to date with the order as things were delayed (pandemic related), and the order ended up coming in sooner than expected.
My children wanted to ask questions with regards to how the bike worked and they were great!

Despite the profound disruption in normal business practices (to say nothing of personnel’s understandable distraction )due to COVID , you all were very kind responsive, professional in getting my bike packed and shipped to Tucson .
