Very easy online ordering process, with good automatic update process on email. Pickup was easy.
My husband and I have been researching electric bikes online for a while but it became apparent to us that we would need to speak to someone to help answer some of the questions we had. We visited a few shops before we found our way to Corner Cycle in Osterville. There, we met Ben who was extremely helpful in answering our questions and explaining the way an electric bike works. That day we bought the bikes but did not have a bike carrier with us but Ben offered to deliver them to our house on his way home. When he delivered them he showed us how to use the bike carrier and he made sure we didn't have any other questions before he left.
We would not hesitate in recommending the shop to anyone. In fact, we have already told several people about the positive experience we had when deciding on our new bikes. We love them!

Been coming here for years, usually to rent. Always extremely happy with Corner Cycle. Bought a bike for my son. The team provided great advice, and then service upon pick-up (including minor repairs for other family bikes).
The COVID-19 configuration is definitely effective, while still maintaining excellent customer service. I do look forward to the day we can come into the store and browse, though.
The service received was outstanding
The bike expert, Tim, who helped us out was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Since we were buying an ebike which is more expensive, we had done quite a bit of research, but Tim was very helpful in confirming information and helping us finish the process.
George is one of the sexiest guys I know. Can’t help but buy bikes from him whenever I have any spare money.

We purchased 2 kids bikes. One was available but the other needed to be ordered. They kept us up to date with the order as things were delayed (pandemic related), and the order ended up coming in sooner than expected.
My children wanted to ask questions with regards to how the bike worked and they were great!
You all were a great help and resource for someone wanting to buy their first bike! Even with all of the increased summer business, I still managed to get a bike and out riding before the fall. Despite the profound disruption in normal business practices (to say nothing of personnel’s understandable distraction )due to COVID , you all were very kind responsive, professional in getting my bike packed and shipped to Tucson . Got my spikes fixed within a week. TY. Would have loved to get a tune-up, but was told it would be over a month to get it back. I get it, Cape Cod in the summer.
