The staff at Corner Cycle are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. They stock a large inventory of products, and will quickly order anything you need that is not in stock.
I was so surprised to see the pump that I order delivered the same day!!! I was able to start my summer riding the next day instead of the next weekend. Happy-Happy. I have had nothing but informative and helpful service since I bought my bike last July as I needed a lighter bike, my old trek was very hard to pick up and put on the bike rack.. I use to ride 25 miles a day but as I am getting older (70) I only ride on the weekends and my days off as I am still working full time

George was fantastic with a tutorial on my ebike despite the rain and social distancing requirements. He supplied us with a much needed bar to take my bike home and quick to respond with a "lost screw" discovered after arrival home to north of Boston from the Cape.
It was the Q and A session with George last summer that prompted us to buy the bike at Corner Cycle since he was so informative, welcoming of questions, and spent time with us in a "drop by visit" for information with no apparent sale to happen at that time.
LOVE THE BIKE! And looking forward to it being my "daily driver" to and from work.

The team at Corner Cycle in Osterville was great to work with to get my new Trek FX 1 stagger disc bike. Specifically working with Tod at the shop on my order, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Despite the current pandemic, the team made the effort to hold a (safe and distanced!) test ride session for me at the store so I could make a choice on my new bike.
The ordering and pick-up process of the bike couldn't have been easier. It arrived earlier than expected, Tod took the time to deliver my bike directly to my home, and he offered any adjustments on the spot. When I needed my standard seat exchanged for a comfort style seat, the team quickly ordered the new seat plus a kickstand I needed, and were able to add those items on my bike within a few days.
Overall I am very happy with my choice of the Trek FX 1 stagger disc. It rides great, is very comfortable, and is an affordable option for a solid hybrid bike. The color is great as well–mine is Volt (fluorescent yellow).
I really appreciate Corner Cycle's attention to detail and customer care. It pays to shop small–thanks again guys!
