Noah helped me with the purchase of a VERV 2. He was well versed on the bike and answered all of our questions.
My one dislike is the no bargaining on the price. And when I asked about a veterans’ discount, I was thanked for my service but no discount. The general public has very little understanding of the sacrifices a veteran goes through. Maybe a kickstand or bell, some token to demonstrate a “thanks for your service”. I will be back when I need service on my new bike which I am enjoying very much.

All the employees seem to be very knowledgeable, and Matt in particular was amazingly patient when he was helping me decide which bike to buy, taking the time to explain things well. He had the same patient manner when I asked him questions while he recently showed me how to do a simple tune up on my bike.
The staff are amazing -so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I love the way make suggestions as well.
