The Townie bike is very solid and easy to ride. The customer service I received from Matt was outstanding. Matt assisted both on the phone and when I picked up my bike at the shop. We added a basket in the front and back, a bell, water bottle holder and a lock. The only thing I need now is a mirror to look and see the happenings behind me instead of turning my head. Your staff is what keeps bringing us back to your shop. They have always been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They have worked with me to make sure I was getting the right size bike. The specs always have me as a small, but they had me ride different sizes until they saw the right fit for my leg length and shorter torso.
Matt was great at adjusting my new bike and helping me accessorize.
