For years, we always rented bikes from CC and enjoyed the Shinning Sea Bike Path. Finally I decided it was time to replace our decaying cheap bikes but I wasn’t just going to buy the first thing I saw… I had been shopping around for “entry level/middle-of-the-road/hybrids” for myself and my daughter. Finally, I decided to come in. Matt suggested Trek’s Verve 2’s. We had the opportunity to test-ride them in the parking lot at their Falmouth location. The staff’s product and craft knowledge, coupled with courteous professionalism, resulted in a very pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable buying experience. I like your customer service. It’s nice that they don’t try to up sell, but I would recommend you at least mention that they don’t come with a kick stand. Had to come back to get one.
