I'm 81. I've ridden for at least 75 of those years. And I've dealt with a lot of bike shops. Surprisingly, the best two have been Trek dealers. Both have knowledgeable sales and repair people. Both have been willing to go out of their way to satisfy my requests. And both have been prompt and accommodating with service. It's a toss up between the two, but both have been head and shoulders above other bike shops I've dealt with over the years.
On Cape Cod it's Corner Cycle. In Gainesville, Florida it's Dave's Bike World.
Corner Cycle is always a great experience, the service and knowledge level is the best.

Corner Cycle is eager to make their customers happy! They have pumped my tires, replaced parts, changed my rear view mirror, fixed my basket and kept my pedal assist bike in good working order. This is all done cheerfully and expertly. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Corner Cycles had the bike I was looking for and a selection of bikes I could use for comparison to confirm my decision. Everyone I spoke to at either location was friendly and informative. They spent all the time needed to thoroughly explain the bike and ensure I was comfortable with the set-up.

There was plenty of help. Did not have to wait for service. And they were all very knowledgeable able the bikes in stock.
This is the second bike my great grand daughter has gotten from this shop. First one she outgrew, this one she picked out herself, for her 6th birthday, she's thrilled to say the least. Her brother got his first bike about a year ago, he's 4, it should last him at least a year maybe two, at which time I will take him back to this same shop for his 2nd one. Thinking about one for myself, saw some gorgeous bikes there.
The gentleman, Brad - I think was his name (I'm horrible in remembering names, sorry) anyway, he was very helpful in that he wanted to know exactly why I wanted a bike and with that information he took me to the bike he thought fit me and he was spot on!
He was professional, yet friendly and just nice - polite.
