I was in search of a small, interim-sized bike (20") for a 6 year old. They found me a used rental bike painted with ice cream cones, a perfect choice for our granddaughter! The price was right for a bike that will be outgrown in a year or so. Matt was absolutely non-judgmental about cleaning up the used bike, which was done immediately.
I will return when she needs a bigger size. I will be able to trade in an original 16" bike that I bought new from them some years ago for another grandchild and apply that to a new bigger bike for the then-no-longer-six-year old. A virtuous circle to keep good bikes that are not worn out in the mix.
Brendan, at Corner Cycle Cape Cod, took a unique and creative approach to making some modifications to my Verve bike so that it would work the way I needed it to because of some physical limitations I have. When he showed me what he had to do to make it work I was totally blown away! He went that extra mile to figure out a way that it could work rather than easily give up and tell me the reasons it wouldn't work. Anytime I have had repairs, modifications or purchased anything from them it is always quality with a positive attitude and a fair price. I can't say enough about Corner Cycle in Falmouth as they truly are the best around!
