I ordered a rear bike rack through the website, they called me the day they got it. When I picked it up the folks there gave me a really detailed explanation on how to install it.

Fair, honest and kind staff. My wife didn't realize that your shop was closed on Mondays until she approached the door. She noticed a staff member working and knocked on the door.
