I like the senior classes
I recommend everyone to try out a cycle class at the Y that I meet on the street (which is lots!) Personally, I've had instructors remember my name, ask me how class was, and genuinely seem interested in me. That engagement and care keeps me coming back. Also the equipment is brand new, maintained and clean.

Any and all Pickleball activities. And I love the 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM exercise class in the mornings.

I haven't really participated in any programs or activities yet. But there seems to be a large variety of offerings. Though most seem to be during the morning and early afternoon which makes it hard for me to be able to take part.

Clean facility. Very friendly staff & I love of the yoga class.
My favorite activity is swimming. The pool is always clean and staffed with plenty of lifeguards. I also love heating up in the sauna after my swim.
The Monday morning Pilates class led by Sophie is a must activity for me. She is knowledgeable and encouraging and keeps the workout fun, interesting and challenging. My strength and flexibility have both improved thanks to her. The vibe at North River is laid back and easygoing, but workouts range from easy to hard, so you can find whatever suits you.
Our family had a membership years ago but we let it go in the chaos of having multiple little ones and little time. Fast forward to a cancer diagnosis and treatment... I learned about the Live Strong program from a friend and my oncology doctor encouraged me to join it. Completing the Live Strong program and then continuing with an MX4 (Staying Strong) class with Bri has been amazing. I am stronger and I can keep up with my family not only because of my commitment, but also because of Bri's and Michelle's. These are valuable programs and make real impacts to families in your community. Thank you for opportunities like those.
Clean environment, nice people and fun classes.
I attend water exercise with Jeanie Robinson 3 days a week. She is a great instructor! She explains each exercise and which areas each exercise targets. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone!
