Able to get a rounded workout. Agnes is easy going person. Works with all levels of abilities. Like the weight room and controlled weight lifts. Also the exercise bike in weight room. Like deep water exercise class.
I’d LOVE IF YOU COULD KEEP THE TUESDAY/THURSDAY CYCLE & STRENGTH CLASS! Even if it’s indoors for the Winter/Spring season!!! There’s only 1 morning cyc class besides the 5:30am

I like the fact that signage is updated and used as a reminder for gym users to keep the workout gym equipment wiped down and safe to eliminate the spreading of viruses and bacteria and keep the Clippard YMCA as a leader in the community for all participants.
I just joined so I haven’t checked into the activities yet.

Everyone is friendly and enjoys being at the Y. The instructors are great and work as all levels to assist us or help us modify our exercise according to our fitness level.

I'm relatively new, starting my 4th month. I have always felt welcome and the facilities have been clean. I am looking forward to getting involved in more of the activities.

I love that there’s a variety of classes at different times. The instructors have been knowledgeable and made class fun.
There are several programs offered, and they cover the whole range of age groups. Everyone is friendly and helpful. That includes the YMCA staff and customers using the YMCA. I have been a member for 25 years and have never regretted joining.
I would love the Elm Street YMCA to offer water exercise for senior citizens. I live in the city and this the only YMCA I can travel to. Please offer the classes about 9:00am to 10:00am. Thank You for listening. I'm a Silver's Sneakers Member.
