Registration was so easy with the helpful lady at the Colerain Senior Center.
We had a nice big room for Silver Sneakers. Our leader was very pleasant and easy to follow.

Although too expensive for a lot of middle class people to join, if you can, there is something for everyone to do. Plus staff was very nice and helpful

Silver Sneakers class. Please change the start time to 8:30. The current 8 AM start is too early. The next class doesn’t start until 9:30.

I like the laid-back atmosphere and the uncrowded areas. The facility is clean and the equipment is nice. I haven't tried the classes but am excited to do so.
