Safe family environment, friendly staff
Last week was my very first time using the Y. I felt the facility was clean, had a number of exercising equipment, women's locker room had adequate space/lockers/restroom/showers for this size facility. The pool area was fantastic!!!
The variety and the oeople
I have been pleased with the ymca,,,I really can't say anything negative. Iam 59 years old...I like to work out and lay by the pool....the ymca is a very nice place and I love it!
I like the open gym times and the availability of equipment (cardio and weight machines).
Love the Egym and indoor pool. Love the silver sneakers classes.
They are perfect for seniors and physically challenged. The instructors are very thorough with there teachings. I appreciate the interaction that the patrons have at the Y. I have formed many friendships while being here. Keep up the good work.

The activities are great. You can improve on your login applications especially for Silversneakers. The workers are helpful and sincere. You have a wide variety of classes something for everyone. The hours are suitable and can accommodate the needs for most.
I like EGyM. I also like the ipeypickleba times in the gym. I haven’t used it yet but I will. I belonged to this YMCA a after 2020 when I retired the Y was not kept clean lifeguards often did not show up for lap swoons and I left after several
Years I recently rejoined due to the facility upgrades gym floor refinished pool upgraded numerous life guards and the upgrades to the workout area and EGyM. The staff is very welcoming and friendly which was not the case before. I’m very happy with all the improvements

I love the ability to be able to go to the community for classes as well. And I like meeting new people.

Like coming to the Y three days a week. Convenient to home. Have met many nice people. Front desk extremely nice all the time. The Y needs a designated area for drop off of the children. The parents take up parking spaces, handicap parking spaces or blocks parking spaces while dropping off and running kids inside. This is not fair to those member's trying to find a parking space. Thanks
Varied group classes that are challenging and friendly. Friendly helpful instructors.
Tuesday and Thursday evening water aerobic classes are so much fun. Meridith encourages full participation (Singing and exercise) . People have smiles on their faces because they have so much fun exercising and interacting.
The management and staff are helpful and very professional.
Very friendly staff members. Incredibly large and clean outdoor pool indoor facilities are well maintained as well.

I love my Zumba class. The instructor and the people are special to me.
However, the registration app is a pain as it doesn't work half of the time. Plus, even through I always register, many don't and the class is very, very overloaded with people which is really dangerous. So my comment is....why register? I'm not sure of its purpose.
I like what I have tried so far !!!
They all help with keeping you in shape and feeling good every time I leave the ymca I feel so good

I haven't actually used any of your programs or activities yet. I'm not really sure why you would send this survey less than a week after I signed up. However, the two people who helped me register were great and your facility in Blue Ash was clean, nice, and more extensive than I expected.
The person that signed my wife and me up was great. She was friendly and made it easy. Good information on programs
