The GM is clean and friendly. But one thing they need to do is set their online system up. So, people with Android phones can get online to set up a class, every time I try to schedule a class, it Kix me out the system. And I have to uninstall and reinstall my app and reinstall it again.
And if I call to schedule a class, they tell me it's full when it's the exact time that I call
I appreciate the easy access to equipment, showers, lockers, and a special class schedule for senior members like myself.
Great facility, courteous staff., and something for everyone.
SS is fun, consistent, low impact. Strength and Balance does a better job of keeping the work out fun and challenging. Should add more classes. Yoga with Mary has a following so she should add more classes.
A Y person should be more available to demonstrate nautilus.

Mainly use water channel for exercise. Lifeguards need to be more attentive to kids being in there during adult only time. Would like to see hours extended to 9am to noon. Maybe close an hour earlier at night
The leadership at PCY of Kristen! All of the employees especially the front desk! Love the energy of the Y! Have been a member for over 40 years and PCY is the best!
