I have had Merry Maids cleaning the condo for almost 10 years, and they have always done a stellar job. The office staff have been amazing working with my chaotic schedule and the people that have come to clean have always been very pleasant, considerate and professional. They take the time to do the little extras that make me smile (displaying hand towels to perfection, folding the ends of the toilet paper rolls, creating a pretty display on the Kleenex tissue box, etc.) which makes coming into the condo a joy. I love how the condo smells after they've been there. It always smells so clean, but not chemically. I love the team in Jacksonville and gladly recommend them every chance I get!

I was thoroughly impressed on the knowledge the cleaners had on what products to use to clean my stove! She said she worked at Lowes for many years, so that knowledge is still coming in handy. My stove has had that gunk in it for over a year now, and she was able to get it to come off. Thank you for providing so much attention to detail. It doesn’t go unnoticed!

We love how much merry maids takes care of us and our cats! They leave treats for them. And they always do such a great job. They tidy up our cats corner (that they don’t have to) and made them a nice little fort that they love out of all their toys and scratchers and thus made my heart so happy. The house is always clean and quickly at that. One time they double checked a window I thought I left open for me. They are extremely trustworthy and we wouldn’t use anyone else. I always look forward to out cleaning day. Couldn’t be happier with the services.

They really clean everything you would clean! The baseboards, the ceiling fans, and all the countertops, our granite was shining! Our floors were cleaned with a water and a mop, not just a swiffer. They really did a fantastic job. Others only surface cleaned but these folks are the real deal.
