The young ladies were clearly very hard workers...3000 sq foot house and it took them a full 8 hours. Only concern, I thought there would be a "team" coming in and it would be done in 4.hours. They did a great job.
Thank you for the 10/10 rating, we appreciate it. Our teams of ladies can come from a one person team all the way to a four person team so it varies. Any time we do a deep clean we typically plan for it to be an all day process as we are on hands and knees washing baseboards and door frames etc. We appreciate the compliment and will let the ladies know. :)

Latoya and Ashton came in and did an excellent job of cleaning our home. This was our first time ever with Merry Maids, Jacksonville and we are looking forward to continued cleanings. Their products worked extremely well and did not leave a strong scent - thank goodness as I am extremely sensitive to the majority of chemicals and heavy scents. We would be delighted if we could have the same team again as both ladies work extremely well together and are very nice people.

Your service is good and we are generally satisfied with the results. Since we haven’t employed anyone in this capacity it is impossible to make a comparison. Your crews are professional, cheerful and concentrate on the job at hand.
With few exceptions we’ve had no complaints about any specific individual and we appreciate your prompt response to our concerns.
Meridith was here the last two time and she is really great and does the work of two people. She always askes before she leaves if everything is OK and it always is.
